Welcome contract Law Ted Talks. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for speakers and organizers participating in Ted Talks focused on legal topics.

Speaker Ted Talks Organizer
Whereas the Speaker is an expert in the field of law and holds the necessary qualifications and experience to deliver a Ted Talk on legal topics; Whereas the Ted Talks Organizer is responsible for facilitating and hosting Ted Talks events;
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Speaker and the Ted Talks Organizer hereby agree as follows: Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Speaker and the Ted Talks Organizer hereby agree as follows:
1. Scope Ted Talk 1. Payment Expenses
The Speaker agrees to deliver a Ted Talk on a legal topic of their choice, subject to approval by the Ted Talks Organizer. The Ted Talks Organizer agrees to pay the Speaker an honorarium of $XXXX for their participation in the Ted Talk. The Organizer will also cover the Speaker`s travel and accommodation expenses.
2. Content Ownership 2. Promotion Marketing
The Speaker retains ownership of the content of the Ted Talk and grants the Ted Talks Organizer a non-exclusive license to record, distribute, and use the Ted Talk for promotional and educational purposes. The Ted Talks Organizer will promote the Speaker`s participation in the Ted Talk through its marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
3. Confidentiality 3. Indemnification
The Speaker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the Ted Talk, including but not limited to client cases, legal strategies, and proprietary information. The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Ted Talks Organizer from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Speaker`s participation in the Ted Talk.
4. Governing Law 4. Termination
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Disputes arising connection agreement resolved arbitration accordance rules [Arbitration Organization]. This agreement may be terminated by either party by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days in advance.
